Derek is managing director of 3rdevent. During his former corporate career at Genesys, he managed digital communication sales and rollouts in North America and Europe for companies as Ceridian, Lycos, Intralox, CMGI, SalesLogix. He resides between Singapore and Hawaii and heads operations for Oahu Capital.

Sanford manages research, training and facilities RFQ/RFI for government and military communications contracts in North America. Much of his career has been in analytical and statistical research for government projects in both the U.S. and Japan. He speaks fluent Japanese and managed training at facilities in Tokyo.

Sharen has extensive experience in facility management and logistics. She oversees coordination of equipment and courseware with our brand partners for scheduled training across facilities worldwide.

I-Ling manages facilities and logistics coordination between training education centers. She also oversees operations at facility venues during Federal government and military IT training sessions. A native of Taiwan, she speaks fluent Chinese, has a strong background in corporate accounting.
